I tweaked it a little to suit taste
Ingredients:
2 cups water
180g sugar
1.5 cup sliced ginger
1 bottle apple cider
1 bottle of white wine
Mint leaves for garnish
Ice to serve
Method:
1. Place water, sugar, ginger. 10 mins, 80C, Sp1
2. Allow ginger to soak into the sugar overnight before sieving it out
3. Combine all ingredients when ready to serve
