Chicken schnitzel

I made chicken schnitzel to freeze for the boy's lunch box for this term


Ingredients:
3 large chicken breast
2 cups bread crumbs
dash of onion powder and garlic salt
1 cup of Parmesan cheese
2 large eggs

Method:
Sliced the chicken breast into 3 thin layers
Coat the chicken slices with egg
Then coat with the breadcrumbs seasoning and Parmesan cheese
Fry in the air fryer for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown

Good for sandwiches

sounds yummy..but I have turbo boiler ..wonder if it comes out same
